Strawberry Peach Smoothie

keep it sweet n simple
Is there a more classic mid-summer Smoothie than one filled with Strawberries and Peaches? I didn't think so.
The relatively mellow flavors of this Smoothie make it perfectly comforting and v easy to make on-repeat. It’s a great last-minute, speedy meal for when your tummy is grumbling and you can’t be bothered to turn on the oven.
P.S. If you live somewhere during the month of ripe Peaches, use the fresh ones instead. Seriously. Total game changer. Thank me later.
[Makes: ~2 cups smoothie]
Ingredients
1 ripe Banana
1/2 cup frozen Strawberries
1/2 cup frozen Peach slices
3/4 cup Oat Milk
2 tbsp Hemp Seeds (optional)
Equipment
Blender
Measuring cups
Instructions
Gather your ingredients.
Throw everything into your blender.
Blend on high speed for 30-60 seconds until everything is smooth.
And that's it! Pour into your favorite glass or sip straight from the blender. Enjoy!
Notes
I was serious about substituting fresh Peaches. Give it a go! Use a frozen Banana if you want to keep your Smoothie frosty cool.
Throw in a handful of Spinach if you want to add some green but also wanna maintain the mild flavor.

so what are your fav seasonal fruits and veggies?
This past week I’ve been hitting the Portland-Metro Farmers Markets and there's no stopping me now.
I've blasted through overflowing baskets of Cherries and juicy Peaches like no other. Stone Fruit season is short and so, so sweet— it's the perfect warm-up for when Heirloom Tomatoes are in full swing.
But what produce are you looking forward to?
Do you maintain a garden full of your favs? Or do you always pick up fresh veggies from the grocery store? Are fresh fruits and veggies just not your thing because they always seem to go bad?
Lemme know what's in your shopping basket in the comments!
