Feed Your ADHD with Grace and Dusty! Round 2!
We're hosting another workshop series!!
Dusty Chipura ↗, the AACC-certified Master ADHD Coach, and I are so excited to host our second Feed Your ADHD workshop!
Feed Your ADHD is a jam-packed and intensive remote workshop designed to help ADHD adults navigate the organizational and brain-based challenges around food and eating.
This workshop series is honestly a blast, and I hope we get to see some of you there! Dusty is such a fun and engaging ADHD coach and I absolutely love talking about food and ADHD. We’re gonna have a great time.

what this workshop is all about
feed your adhd 101
If you’re on this site, you’re probably well aware that having ADHD makes it extra difficult to manage all that goes into staying fed.
Meal planning. Cooking and eating regularly. Keeping track of your produce drawer. Grocery shopping. *Actually* writing grocery lists. Remembering to eat. Ensuring there’s enough food in the house. Dealing with the never-ending dish pile.
It really never ends, does it?
This workshop is here to show you that you’re definitely not alone in your struggles. And there are actually a lot of things we can do to make our difficulties around food (and eating and cooking and cleaning) a bit easier to manage.
so how do we feed our adhd?
2-weekends, 4-days
May 14-15 and May 28-29 — 10am-2pm PST / 1-5pm EST
When I say Feed Your ADHD is jam-packed, I really mean it.
Over the course of these two weekends, we’ll have:
Useful info and education about ADHD and food
Thoughtful group discussions
Guided activities
Resource sharing
Community brainstorming
Troubleshooting / problem-solving
Plenty of body doubling*
The guided activities and group discussions are designed to assist you in developing a better understanding of how *your* ADHD uniquely impacts your experience with food, cooking, eating, and everything in-between.
And one of the most valuable parts of Feed Your ADHD— I think— is that you can expect to find consistent support through these very real challenges. Everything we do is among a community that really gets it.
Our goal is that you leave this workshop feeling capable, equipped, and confident facing obstacles as you build towards an easier and more enjoyable time in the kitchen.
Please Note: Dusty holds advanced ADHD Coaching certifications, but neither Grace nor Dusty are formally trained in nutrition or dietetics. Everything we discuss over the weekend is for educational purposes only and is not intended to replace professional medical or mental health advice.
*If you're unfamiliar with body doubling, How to ADHD's video "What is a 'body double', and how does it help? ↗" is a great overview.
How to sign up for the workshop
May 14-15 and May 28-29 — 10am-2pm PST / 1-5pm EST
Tickets for the 4-day Feed Your ADHD workshop↗ are $200 USD* and come with a complimentary 3-month subscription to ADHD Studio— an online space for consistent, drop-in body doubling and coaching with Dusty’s wonderful community.
The workshop runs for 4-hours each Saturday (May 14 and 28) and Sunday (May 15 and 29). There will be scheduled breaks each day, but you can definitely step away and recharge at any time.
Also, you may have noticed that there is a week off between the two weekends we meet. This is so you have time to sit with and digest (if you will) everything we covered the weekend before.
Cameras are encouraged to be on during our meetings, but are never necessary or expected— it’s totally up to you and we anticipate that it’ll be a mix of on/off.
About a week before the workshop, we’ll send you an email containing:
Workshop date and time reminders
The Zoom link to attend
A community Discord invite
The weekends’ Agenda
Your complimentary link to ADHD Studio
A pre-workshop Worksheet
P.S. I feel like it’s worth noting that this pre-workshop Worksheet is fairly brief. It covers some short prompts and activity/ discussion overviews to get you prepared for the weekends ahead.
* If the listed ticket price is a financial burden for any reason, please get in touch. Once Dusty and Grace reach their minimum number of signups, they will be offering sliding scale rates. If you would like to donate workshop tickets to someone in the community, simply purchase x-number of tickets and follow up with Dusty via email.
For either scenario, please email: contact@vancouveradhdcoaching.com
If you're interested in signing up for all of Dusty's coaching workshops and classes this spring/summer, she is offering a $100 USD discount when you bundle. Using the link below, select the “All 3 Ticket” when you go to checkout.
