Pineapple and Mango Green Smoothie
impressive flavor with only a couple ingredients
I swear this smoothie blows me away every time I drink it. Like, it’s really as simple as Mango, Pineapple, Banana, and Spinach— but it is *so good*.
This blend is super creamy and smooth, especially if you use frozen Bananas. And I think it’s a great beginner Green Smoothie. The Spinach in here is pretty mellow.
A key Smoothie tip: avoid using Frozen Spinach because it’s cooked beforehand and the flavor is real strong. Use the fresh stuff. You can even buy a bag of fresh Spinach and throw right into the freezer if you know you’re gonna forget about it.

INSTRUCTIONS
Gather your ingredients.
Throw everything in a blender and blend on high speed for about 30-60 seconds, or until creamy and smooth.
And that’s it! Pour into a tall mason jar or drink right outta the blender. Enjoy!
NOTES
Because Pineapple and Mango are particularly fibrous, you may notice stringy bits in your smoothie if you don’t have a high-powered blender. Completely normal. But if the texture freaks you out, blend again.
Saving some for later? Be sure to seal in an airtight container in the fridge so it doesn't get yucky and oxidize.
Give this smoothie a more milkshake-y consistency by freezing your Bananas first! Add a little more water if you have trouble blending
This is one of the simplest, most delicious Smoothies I make on a repeat basis. If you like Peaches and Strawberries, you're gonna love it. Blend it up in literal seconds for a sweet n tasty meal
