Meatless Chicken Ranch Wrap
fresh n easy — difficulty: level 1
the perfect quick lunch
My sister recommended I make a vegan version of a certain fast-food restaurant's old menu item. So I did, and frankly, it's dang good.
It's quick. It's simple. It doesn't require any chopping. It's amazing!
You can make this "fancier" and more "authentic" to the "original" and shred your Lettuce, but I find torn leaves are just fine.
Why not save a few dishes.
I typically use 2 x Meatless Chicken Patties for each wrap—feel free to adjust as you want. There are no measurements, so make it as robust as your heart desires!
[Makes: 1+ Meatless Chicken Wrap]
Ingredients
Lettuce
Pre-Shredded Carrots
1-2+ x Meatless Chicken Patties (I like 365 or Boca)
1+ Flour Tortillas
Ranch Dressing (I like Follow Your Heart or this easy Dill Sauce)
Salt and Black Pepper, to taste
Equipment
Something to cook your Patties with*
Instructions
Gather your ingredients!
Wash your Veggies if you need to.
Cook Chicken Patties according to package instructions.
Meanwhile, add a splash of water to your Tortilla and microwave for ~15 seconds so it becomes soft n pliable.
Spread a generous amount of Ranch in the center of your Tortilla, then top with shredded Carrots and torn Lettuce leaves.
Sprinkle a pinch of Salt and some Black Pepper over the Veggies.
Layer your Patties over the Veggies in the Tortilla, add a lil more Ranch (optional), and tuck into a Wrap.
Slice the Wrap in half and seal with a toothpick for easier eating.
And that's it! Eat your Chicken Ranch Wrap by itself, or enjoy with a chilly beverage and a side of Chips.
Notes
*You might be able to toast your Chicken Patty in the toaster, heat in the microwave, or use an Air Fryer to speed things up
To add some extra char, sear the wrapped side of your Wrap in the pan on medium-low heat until golden brown
Sub the Chicken Patties for Chicken Nuggets or Chicken Strips
Switch it up with some sliced Cucumber, Baby Tomatoes, or Buffalo Sauce
I think this is the perfect meal to eat with a bubbly Seltzer—might I recommend Raspberry?
